Dublin Oldest Brick House was built circa 1909 by merchant J.S. Almond. It still stands on North Monroe Street between the old Townsend Funeral Home and Morris Bank. Dublin's first brick house was built by brick maker L..A. Chapman at 309 East Gaines Street in the 1890s. Razed in the 1990s.
I love the unpaved streets. A simpler time.
